The Prefectures in Cádiz celebrated the 03.12.2012 at the Oratory of St. Philip Neri’s rally commemorating the anniversary of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, an appointment which was attended by the leading authorities of the province of Cadiz and in which has proceeded to the delivery of diploms and awards to individuals and groups who have excelled this year 2012 for his social work, cultural, institutional and solidarity. 
It has awarded the Medal of Merit from the Spanish Civil Protection, in its category Bronze and distinctive Blue to Jana Kovarikova, surf teacher, for saving the lives of two people on the beaches of Vejer.
